Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Collora Piano! We strive to provide you with high-quality pianos and exceptional customer service. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature and size of pianos, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The piano must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be included.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or special-order pianos

  • Digital downloads or piano software

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Used pianos (unless defective upon delivery)

  • Accessories such as benches, covers, or stands (unless defective)


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your piano arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will:

  • Arrange for a technician to assess the issue

  • Offer a replacement, repair, or refund (based on the situation and availability)


4. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for large instruments such as upright or grand pianos.

  • All returns must be approved in writing before the piano is shipped back.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After that time, cancellations may be subject to processing or restocking fees.
